ATMO is a different kind of esports company.

Our roots reach back to February 2018, when Brendon Grove (also known as Cor5air) held the first running of the Daymar Rally – a 360km endurance race across a digitally-created, open-world moon in the online massively multiplayer universe of Star Citizen. This rally brought together enthusiasts and competitors in an emergent-gameplay spectacle that had never been seen before. Since then, ATMO has expanded from the annual running of the Daymar Rally to include the Hurston Hurt Locker battle-royal event, and an emergent
ground-racing league called Stanton 7.

We’re gamers at heart, and we create our own next-level emergent events in digital worlds. The scope of MMO’s and Star Citizen gives us both the scope and the tools to create our own occupations: in-game racing teams, camera operators, live DJ’s, news broadcasters and reporters, writers, photographers, and even in-game security.

The sheer number of intelligent, professional, and dedicated gamers in Star Citizen’s community is impressive, to say the least – and they come from all facets of the game, and all the roles ATMO is proud to cover. Each week, ATMO highlights a different community contributor here on our home page, in honor of what drives our events.

With out them, and you, ATMO wouldn’t be possible.
